Layout of the GMP+ Companies database:
GROUP Contacts: 'global' search function:
Contains all companies which are registered and/or certified within the framework of the various GMP+ International standards. Also included are the approved certification bodies (CBs) and companies whose certification has been suspended, has expired or has been withdrawn.
GROUP GMP+:
Includes all companies with their GMP+ FSA scheme-certification status subdivided into certified, expired, suspended, withdrawn and new GMP+ FSA scheme-certified business locations. Companies whose status is expired, suspended or withdrawn do not therefore have a valid GMP+ FSA-certificate.
GROUP Certification Bodies (CBs):
Includes all certification bodies which are approved under the GMP+ FSA scheme. The certification bodies are subdivided into approved, expired, suspended, withdrawn and newly approved CBs. Certification bodies whose status is expired, suspended or withdrawn do not therefore have valid GMP+ FSA scheme approval.
Questions and corrections
If your company details are not complete or are incorrect in our database then you should pass the corrections and/or additions to your certification body (CB), which can then update them directly in the GMP+ International-companies database.
Your certification body is also your first to address with respect to questions about certification.
Suspended or withdrawn GMP+ FSA scheme certificates
This information will be made known in accordance with Article 5 third subsection of the A1 General Regulations of the GMP+ FSA scheme (does not apply if a certificate is withdrawn on own request).
Compatibility with and acceptance of other certificates
There are now also other quality assurance systems for the guaranteeing of the safety of feeds especially in a number of countries around the Netherlands. The certificates which are issued within the framework of these schemes to feed companies have been declared to be equivalent to the GMP+ certificate and vice versa. This declaration of equivalence is also called compatibility.
In addition, certificates from a number of specific (Dutch) foodstuff schemes have been declared to be GMP+ FSA scheme equivalent. This means that the companies which are certified in accordance with such a scheme are also qualified as producers of feeds for delivery to GMP+-certified companies. This certification is also known as acceptance.
More information about the interchangeability declared and accepted quality assurance systems can be found in GMP + BA10 Minimum Requirements for Purchasing
With the exception of QS certified companies, GMP+ International does not maintain lists of companies which are qualified in this way to supply feeds to GMP+ companies. Refer for this to the register of companies of the scheme owners in question as shown in the table.
Publication of GMP+ certified companies in the QS database
To sustain transparency along the supply chain within the QS scheme, every GMP certified company that wants to deliver into the QS scheme has to register in the QS database. This also applies to GMP-traders, GMP-carriers and GMP-storekeepers that have to date been exempt from this duty.
Through the following link you will enter the start page of the QS database. If you want to change the language, you can select German or English on the top of the page. Clicking on the button „ Neuanmeldung / Registration " will lead to a registration page. Click here for image.
Publication of QS certified companies in the GMP+ company database
For QS certified companies opting for delivering products or services to GMP+ certified companies, registration in the GMP+ company database is necessary. For this purpose QS certified companies must fill in the application form giving their consent to publication of the data on the GMP+ International website.
Application form for registration of QS participants in the GMP+ companies database
The QS certified companies authorized for deliveries into the GMP+FSA scheme will be temporarily published on the list of “ QS certified companies recognized by GMP+”. Please see the table. Soon, after the needed technical provisions are made, the QS certified companies will be fully integrated in the GMP+ companies database.
