Office Management

The office management department is responsible for the reception, all facilities and acting as hostess within GMP+ International. We manage the agendas of and support the Management team, the Managing director and Operations director.

We organise trips, schedule appointments, check and send documents for board and council meetings. In addition, the department supports the different teams with various projects.
