Risk assessment submission

Are you planning on producing or bringing into the GMP+ chain a feed material that is not (yet) included in this list? If so, please first check whether the product is a feed material, by using the decision tree (see on the left).

Is the product you want to produce or bring into the GMP+ chain in fact a feed material, and has it not yet been included in the Product list with a risk assessment? If so, you can submit a request based on the information below. A request for inclusion can be submitted by a (soon to be) GMP+ certified company, but also by others, such as industry associations or consultancies. To submit a request, please fill out this template  in English and submit it to info@gmpplus.org.

More background information about submitting a risk assessment is available in the question and answer list GMP+ D3.17 FAQ Feed Support Products
Acceptance procedure for new risk assessments

The acceptance procedure is as follows:

  1. Submitting a risk assessment to info@gmpplus.org.
  2. First screening GMP+ International.
  3. Second screening by external experts.
  4. After approval, inclusion in feed material and product list and publication Risk assessment.
The sending of a (new) risk assessment must take place before the deadline so that it can be handled at the next meeting of the TCFSP. GMP+ International needs time to screen the application and, if necessary, to request additional information from the applicant.

Explanation of the steps is available here.
