This acceptance marks an important step in the ongoing collaboration between the feed safety schemes and enables EFISC-GTP to offer this service for road transport to the market.
GMP+ International values initiatives that contribute to safe and sustainable feed worldwide and supports a level playing field for certified companies. At the same time, safeguarding feed safety remains the highest priority. Road transport companies play a crucial role in connecting every part of the feed chain and are essential for maintaining the integrity of feed safety assurance. As EFISC-GTP does not yet have experience with certification in this specific scope, GMP+ International will closely monitor the implementation and performance of the new certification activities
Three-year acceptance with first-year evaluation
To balance opportunity with responsibility, the acceptance has been granted for a period of three years. During the first year, GMP+ International, QS and Ovocom will jointly evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the Road Transport scope.

GMP+ International looks forward to continuing the constructive cooperation with EFISC-GTP, QS and Ovocom. Together, the feed schemes remain committed to maintaining high feed safety standards and supporting a reliable and trusted feed chain.
