The position

As a Customer Service Officer at GMP+ International, you're the first point of contact for our global community. You help businesses find practical answers, solve problems, and move forward with confidence. In doing so, you directly contribute to our mission: safe and sustainable feed, worldwide.

Food safety starts with feed safety - starts with you!

You energise our customers by guiding them through the GMP+ Feed Certification scheme, making sure they understand what’s required and how to apply it. Whether it’s a question about certification, tools, or practical implementation, you help companies take responsibility for feed safety and sustainability.

You’ll be the link between customers and our
internal team

You listen actively, communicate clearly, and adapt to different customers and cultural backgrounds. You provide direct support through phone and email, and when needed, you pass on questions to colleagues and follow up on progress. You identify trends in customer insights and translate this into internal improvements—we’re always looking to do things better, and your frontline experience plays a big part.

You’ll work closely with your Customer Service colleagues and other specialists to help companies understand and apply our certification scheme and use our support tools. Your role is essential in turning complex scheme requirements into clear and practical information.

These are your +++

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in customer service or a helpdesk role, ideally in a multi-stakeholder or international setting.
  • You’re passionate about helping customers and solving problems.
  • You’re confident using CRM systems and support tools to manage inquiries, spot trends, and keep processes smooth and data clean.
  • You enjoy digging into details when necessary and finding the right answer.
  • You’re energised by connecting with different cultures and companies.
  • You’re fluent in English and it’s a bonus if you either speak Dutch or German.
  • You bring structure and clarity in your communication, even with complex topics.
  • You’re proactive and eager to improve services based on customer feedback.
  • You’ve been involved in improvement projects, and enjoy contributing your ideas to make our services, tools, or processes better.
