New GMP+ Helpdesk and Risk Assessment submission forms now available

The GMP+ Helpdesk forms have been improved to make them easier and quicker to complete. They require fewer clicks and feature a refreshed look and feel, fully aligned with the renewed login environment. 

From 11 May 2026, the new forms are available via the login area on www.gmpplus.org.

The most convenient way to contact the GMP+ Helpdesk is via the login area on our website. By clicking on “Login”, you can access the renewed environment, launched earlier this year. From there, you can navigate to the GMP+ Helpdesk via the menu on the left or use the blue button in the top right corner to submit your question.

By using this route, we can link your request directly to your company and provide a more tailored response. You can also easily track the progress of your request, communicate with the Helpdesk team, create follow-up cases, or cancel a case if needed.

Alternatively, you can contact the GMP+ Helpdesk without logging in. Please note that in this case, you will need to provide more company details to ensure your request is handled correctly.

Risk Assessment submission

The Risk Assessment submission form has also been updated with a new design. It is now possible to upload multiple supporting attachments to complete your request. You can submit Risk Assessments here after logging in, or without loggin in.

Next steps

We are currently working on making the Early Warning System (EWS) and Exemption forms available via the login area. While the processes remain unchanged, the forms will be easier and faster to complete.
