New platform features: My Early Warning System & My Risk Assessments

In April 2026, we introduced the new GMP+ Helpdesk and Risk Assessment submission forms on the GMP+ Platform. These improvements made it easier to submit questions and risk assessments, while allowing users to track the progress of their submissions.

In the week of 10 August 2026, we are expanding the platform with two additional services: My Early Warning System (EWS) and My Risk Assessments. By bringing more services together in one platform, we continue to improve the user experience and make it easier to manage your GMP+ activities from a single location.

What's new in My Early Warning System?

With the updated My Early Warning System, you can:

  • Submit and track your EWS notifications

  • Monitor the status and progress of your submissions

  • Use an improved interface with a familiar look and feel.

To make notifications more complete and reduce follow-up questions from GMP+ International, several improvements have been introduced:

  • For QM-Milch notifications, the correct QM-Milch email address is added automatically

  • Product names can now be selected from a drop-down list

  • When entering a quantity, selecting a unit of measurement is mandatory

  • The country of origin is mandatory. If the origin is unknown, simply select "Unknown origin".

What's new in My Risk Assessments?

The updated My Risk Assessments allows you to:

  • Submit risk assessments

  • Track the status of your submitted risk assessments

  • Work in a familiar interface with an improved user experience.

When can you make use of it?

These new features will be rolled out automatically as of August 10th, 2026. Once available, you will find My Early Warning System and My Risk Assessments in the left-hand menu after logging into the GMP+ Platform.

We are also working on updated versions of My Exemptions and the Committee environment. We will inform you by email as soon as these services become available.
