To monitor progress against these goals on an annual basis, we work with Ipsos I&O, an established research company. Recently, we conducted two surveys in which we invited GMP+ certified companies and partners (Certification Bodies, GMP+ Auditors and Registered Consultants) to evaluate our products and services.
Participation and results
Thanks to a strong response, we were able to obtain a representative picture of our community’s appreciation and needs.
Overall, the results show that GMP+ certified companies and partners are (very) satisfied with our products and services.
We now see clear evidence that our improvement actions are paying off. Both GMP+ certified companies and partners report increased satisfaction with GMP+ certification and services; all aspects are rated 8 or higher out of 10. Based on feedback from the GMP+ Community, we have continued to enhance our services.
Respondents particularly value:
- The scope of GMP+ certification
- The added value of GMP+ certification to their business
- The international recognition
- Strong collaboration with GMP+ International
Continuous improvement
Of course, we will not stop improving. The survey results provide valuable insights into where we need to focus our efforts. Through various projects, we are implementing improvements, for example in:
- how our community works with our scheme (readability, findability and ease of use), such as the compare versions function for scheme changes in the login area;
- how our community works with our services, for example the planned launch of the new Company database in January 2026.
