Key updates include additional clarifications in various documents. New products have been added to the forbidden list. We have also made changes to the certification requirements to address the new examination approach and mandatory harmonisation materials. In addition, new minimum audit times have been introduced for the FRA module.
Documents available in Portuguese
To support the growing number of certified companies in Brazil, the most relevant scheme documents will be made available in Portuguese. This will help companies in the region to better understand and implement the GMP+ requirements.
All changes will be published on Monday 2 March 2026 and will have a one-year implementation period.
Compare document versions after login
Last year, we introduced a version comparison feature on the GMP+ Platform. We would like to remind you of this useful tool. After logging in, you can compare different versions of documents and clearly see what has changed. You can also download the updated documents directly.
The feature is available when you click the “View Online” button on published documents. It helps you quickly identify the exact modifications without having to review the entire document manually.
What we expect from you
- Review the published updates, so you know what has changed and how these changes may affect your responsibilities within the GMP+ Feed Certification scheme.
- Assess the impact on your organisation, such as your management systems, audit presentation, procedures, and training.
- Get ready for implementation in line with the transition and implementation timelines described in the S9.1 List of changes GMP+ FC scheme 2020.
- Inform relevant colleagues so everyone is informed and can apply the changes on time.
