Update on Mutual Recognition Agreement with CSA-GTP

Following our communication in July 2025, GMP+ International, would like to share an update regarding the temporary mutual recognition with CSA-GTP.

Since July, there has been some progress in the discussions. However, several points remain open, and some of these are not acceptable for GMP+ International. We therefore urge CSA-GTP to address the remaining issues to achieve a robust and transparent agreement that ensures equal assurance for all participants.

Until then, the position of the GMP+ International remains unchanged:

  • The temporary agreement will end on 31 December 2025.

  • From 1 January 2026 onwards, CSA-GTP will no longer be accepted as an equivalent certificate under TS1.2 Purchase, for the purchase of unprocessed French cereals, oilseeds and protein crops (grains) intended to be used as feed and consequently for road transport.

  • These feed materials may still be purchased via related gatekeeper protocols or other accepted equivalent certificate as laid down in TS1.2 Purchase.

We would also like to clarify the wording of the following sentence communicated in July 2025:

  • Original version: “Please note that any trade concluded before 31 December 2025 will remain valid and unaffected.”

To avoid any possible misunderstanding, the intended wording is:

  • Corrected version: “Any trade concluded (physically) before 31 December 2025 remains valid and will not be affected.”

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will inform our community of any further developments.
