GMP+ FC scheme 2020

You can download the documents here. Keep in mind that these are the ‘clean’ versions without visible changes. If you want to see what has changed, open S 9.1 List of changes GMP+ FC scheme 2020 for an overview of all changes per document and a link to the document with all changes visible.

GMP+ certified companies and Certification Bodies can apply these requirements from 1 January 2024. Implementation must be completed by 1 January 2025 at the latest.

  • Two new normative documents in the GMP+ FRA module
  1. MI 5.5 Carbon Footprint of feed: this document for calculating the carbon footprint (CFP) of feed ensures that the input used by compound feed companies for calculating the CFP is correct. This document will be introduced as a pilot in the first year and will only be applicable to Dutch compound feed companies.

  2. MI 5.6 Production and Trade of responsible feed: this document has been developed to ensure the production and trade of responsible soy (including deforestation-free). This represents the initial preparations for the entry into force of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

GMP+ FC scheme 2010

The updated documents can be downloaded here. The changes are marked grey. The documents are only available in English because starting from 1 March 2024 all companies must undergo audits based on the GMP+ FC scheme 2020.
