Despite earlier meetings and sufficient time to align, CSA-GTP was unable to resolve several key outstanding issues. Unfortunately, this has prevented the finalisation of a definitive agreement.
In the interest of market stability, it has been decided to unilaterally terminate the temporary agreement as of 31 December 2025. From January 2026 onwards, CSA-GTP will no longer be accepted as an accepted certificate in TS1.2 Purchase, for the purchase of feed materials and consequently for road transport. These materials can be purchased via related gatekeeper protocols, among other ways. Later this year, together with our Subcommittees, we will discuss the amendments of these gatekeeper protocols.
Mutual recognition can only proceed if CSA-GTP takes prompt and concrete steps to address the remaining issues. The alliance expects decisive action without delay and will review progress before issuing a further update later this year.
Please note that any trade concluded before 31 December 2025 will remain valid and unaffected.
More information will follow mid-September.
