The GMP+ Helpdesk

Get to know our colleagues from the GMP+ Helpdesk. More than 19,000 companies in 88 countries are GMP+ certified. You can imagine that they sometimes have questions. For example about our standards, how to use our support tools or what to do if their product is not approved as a feed material yet.

For all these questions you can contact the GMP+ Helpdesk. They are the first line of contact for our GMP+ Community. We would like to introduce our colleagues to you, so you can get to know them a bit better.

Gosia Lesko

My name is Gosia, I’m Polish, and I have lived in the Netherlands for more than 20 years now. I’ve been working at GMP+ International since March 2021 as a customer service representative. It is my priority to find a solution to customer issues. The many challenging questions make my daily work interesting and engaging. I always put myself in the customer’s shoes and try to understand their perspective. I hope they can sense that we care about their problems, and that they are valuable to GMP+ International.

Niccolo Caravella

My name is Niccolo, and I’m a 29-year-old Italian with a background in food law studies. For the past 2 years, I’ve been working with GMP+ International at the GMP+ Helpdesk as a customer service representative. My main responsibility is to provide support and assistance to companies and customers. I know that the work we do at GMP+ International is essential in ensuring the safety and quality of the food we all eat. I’m honoured to be a part of that mission. I’m dedicated to providing the best possible service and support to our customers, constantly looking for ways to improve and go above and beyond in my role.

Chao Zou

My name is Chao and I’m Chinese. I have been working at GMP+ International for 4 years since finishing my Master’s in food safety at Wageningen University (the Netherlands). I work on questions related to our Feed Certification requirements, GMP+ Monitoring database and the IDTF database. I hope that with my support, we will together contribute to feed safety all over the world.

How we help you

The GMP+ Helpdesk supports the GMP+ Community in understanding the GMP+ FC scheme and using our support tools like our databases, GMP+ Portal etc.

​The first line of support is provided by Gosia, Niccolo and Chao, our colleagues at the GMP+ Helpdesk.  The ​second line of support is provided by other GMP+ colleagues who are experts in their field.

​The GMP+ Helpdesk can support you in several languages. We have colleagues who speak English, French, German, Polish, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese. This is crucial to our goal of serving our worldwide community in the best way we can.
